Hi Dmitriy,

I have discussed your contribution with the Apache legal department
considering the licensing terms.

Since it's a relatively big contribution, it would be best if you
would be willing to sign the Apache Individual Contributor License
Agreement [1]. Please read the text. If you understand and agree with
the contents, fill in your details, sign the form and forward the
filled-in form to the email or fax specified within.

Under 'notify project' specify Apache Logging Services.

    http://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt

Concerning the license, it would be best for us if you are willing to
donate the code under the terms of the Apache License v2 [2].

[2] http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

I noticed you changed the license to MIT, but if you are cool with
AL2, we can wait until we receive the notification that your ICLA has
been processed. Then, please remove the MIT license from the comments,
and send the code to the mailing list as an attachment with a note
saying that you're willing to let us include your code in log4php
under the terms of the Apache License.

Again, thanks for your contributions. Sorry about all the legal stuff. :)

Best regards,
Ivan
