I'm not sure this issue can be closed - my pull request only contained changes for
ch.qos.logback.classic.pattern.RootCauseFirstThrowableProxyConverter
ch.qos.logback.classic.pattern.ThrowableProxyConverter
because I'm interested only in them at the moment. Other classes still need some modifications to add support in corresponding usecases.
