Without including the Janino dependency, conditional logging configuration
silently fails in 1.2.3. It would save a lot of debugging time by displaying
an error, e.g. "Could not find Janino library on the class path. Skipping
conditional processing.". It looks as though this functionality was present
(https://stackoverflow.com/q/11409571/323177), but has since disappeared.
