Not currently supported.
It would certainly be useful though I can imagine there are some
underlying data issues.
It should not be hard to implement now, given the work done recently
for 2.11.0 to support copy/paste between courses using the Course
Editor's clipboard.
I would note that if instructors use:
Course Editor > Other > Blank Web Page (editable)
to add web pages to their courses, copy/paste of those types of
documents *is* currently supported between courses, using the clipboard.
Anyway, I filed a bug report, to get this implemented.
