For now, if a session for a user from a different domain needs to be
hosted on one of the msu domain servers, the user should point a
browser at:
https://loncapa.msu.edu/adm/login
(i.e., the MSU load-balancer node).

MSU network border which prevents servers outside MSU connecting to
LON-CAPA servers in the msu domain via the dedicated port used by
LON-CAPA.
At present, inbound "internal" LON-CAPA connections to the MSU

blocked, and hence directory listings for /res/msu are unavailable
