Keith,

airline pilots do not have to suddenly open their cabins to the extremes of
the outside world every minute or so. It doesn't matter how well a cab is
heated, the minute you open the front doors for longer than ten seconds, all
heat gained is lost. It probably also explains why I've started having
sneezing/coughing fits since coming off of RMLs where there is something of
a constant temperature in the cab.

It is actions like this along with the way the driver is dressed (e.g.
woolly hat and hi-vi - can't see if he is in uniform). If all drivers
were to dress professionally, I think it would raise their image
amongst society. Imagine how airline passengers would feel if the
pilot turned up in a woolly hat.

IMAGE SIZES are important, as is QUALITY. Try not to post very large photos
or very small ones. Pixel width should be no bigger than 1600 and no smaller
than 800. This allows members to view the images full screen, depending on
their monitor settings.

Quality should be sharp and maintained when resizing images. File sizes
should be around the 250KB - 600KB mark, but not bigger than 800KB. Try to
keep somewhere in the middle of all this, around 400KB can produce good
images with no loss of quality.

You can easily reduce the size of images using
Google's own picassa http://picasa.google.com/ or
Irfanview http://www.irfanview.com/
