Its the same blind, Keith one has it wound between two blinds, I an sure that 
some of the SMS blinds were lazy like trolleybus blinds and could show the 
route number top or bottom of the display.
The location is stated as Harrow but to be precise it looks like Harrow on the 
Hill Station approach.
