There were a few less issues that I expected, but here's what I've got - eight copies each of issues 4, 11, 13, 15 & 16.
I'm currently saving a copy of issues of 4 and 11 for Marcel and one of each for Greg and Dave Mee. If anyone else has any particular requirements, then let me know.
