I saw the announcements when Blackstar first started up and used you for buying a couple of videos (and some CDs iirc). Was pretty impressed with the service.
Then last Christmas you sent me a free copy of "It's a Wonderful Life" for no apparent reason[1] and gained yourself a fan for life.
This year I've bought loads of stuff from Blackstar (mainly 8*ffy of course) and have always been impressed with the prices and service. I had problems with a couple of videos that I've bought and the returns dept have been the most helpful that I've ever dealt with.
Is that enough of a plug :)

[1] OK, so the reason was obviously that you had a huge overstock and needed to get rid of them, but it was still a nice surprise to get it in the post.
