There are many tools already on the market to do that, not least flash
generator. If you want to just replace text then I suggest having a look
at Swift Tools. http://www.swift-tools.com./
What Simon and I will be doing (at long last now, since he's back from
Oz) is getting round to collecting what he's done so far and what I've
thought about - basically more complicated stuff than that.
..but this is a long topic of conversation.
