Technical Meeting - Call for Participation

Well it looks like we might well have a space for the technical
meeting, so now I'd like to start thinking about what we'll do
at the meeting.

My preference would be to have two or three longer talks and
half a dozen lightning talks.

Anyone feel a burning need to tell us stuff?
