The Fortran Colouring Book is actually brilliant and it's a shame it's out
of print. Try http://www.abebooks.com/ which shows a single copy for $12US
currently available. 

And there is always "Mr. Bunny's Big Cup O' Java" which is a very
entertaining spoof. I've asked him to do "Mr. Bunny's Big Shiny Perl" but
don't know if he's going to go for it.
