I do 90% of transactions on ebay with them and haven't never had a problem.
It's free too, so only the exchange rate your credit card charges (usually
better than banks, etc) gets taken off.

Looks like it. At least you don't have to pay vast amounts of money to banks
to get money orders. Plus you save on the stamp if sending concealed cash.
