Hmm the rather short deadline gave the first clue,
but the full "spec" suggests a student project to me!

Surprisingly enough no mention of any payment. Maybe
a pint of whatever lager's on "special" in the union?

Snipped the email address so he/she doesn't get in trouble
(reckon they're up sh*t creek already) but if anyone
wants to help the total slacker mail me!

Anyone fancy writing it in Lingua::Romana::Perligata?

HI,

Browsing the internet....

About the program could you do it by monday?.(15/01/00)

Design, implement and write a report on a small/medium sized application to
run across the internet.
Examples of appropriate applications include a facilities booking scheme,
student module feedback form and analysis, e-mail database.
Your application should demonstrate some storeage of data on the server
(either in a database or some other appropriate format, validation of input
data both on the form and the server and some consideration of security
issues. If your application tends to be a little large it will be adequate
to produce a prototype or incomplete system provided that some parts of it
can be demonstrated and the working part covers those aspects required. As a
rough guideline a database with two entities plus a link entity would
probably be sufficiently complex, and a simpler database may be acceptable
if there are other features in your application. You should include
appropriate user documentation (probably embedded as HTML). Remember not to
complex...!!!

Also I am expecting you to produce some kind of guide to run this script on
my machine.

Thank you
