oh .. I see .. its a way of embedding perl in yor HTML .. while here at
Redpoint towers I've just been marvelling at Template::Toolkit and
enjoying hte concept of no HTML in my code and no code in my *HTML* ..
and embperl goes and does the exact opposite.. yeeuuuccchhhh.

I can see the use of it for something where the HTML exceeds the code
100:1 eg a page and you have a little tenny bit of embedded stuff to put
the date in or such like .. but thats about yer lot. and anyway we have
PHP for that don;t we.

I'll vote with piers on that one, 'fucking stupid idea' and a half.
