I don't think so, and it wouldn't help anyway -- I believe that address is
the one that goes in the CPAN "authors" list. (Hint: perl -MCPAN -e shell;
then do "a /Cantrell/" and you'll get the fromPAUSE email address listed.)
People should know how to get in touch with the author of a module. This is
one way. And "RTFREADME" doesn't work for modules which haven't been
released yet but which are already "reserved" through CPAN and thus have an
author assigned. Then if someone wants to ask "Hey, when is Games::Dice
finally going to be out?", they need to know how to reach its author.
