Charles Heidseck Mis En Cave 19xx - I prefer 1995 to 96, but they're all
stunning champagnes for the price.

Other possibles to consider are Pol Roger White Foil, and for something a
bit different, a Pommery Blanc de Blancs or Blanc De Noirs.
