One of the most spectacularly ugly websites I've ever seen, at least in Netscape 4.7x on Win32 without JS or CSS. Gigantic horizontal scrollbar, for one thing. And the HTML code is pretty icky, too (for example, a table inside the <head>...</head> portion of the document). Not supporting CSS may be part of the reason. But see "graceful degradation".
