I finally bullied this past all the extra tests Mark added to what
otherwise would have been a quick hack.

The module adds two new keywords to the language, C<your> and C<have>
which both enable you to declare lexical variables in someone else's
namespace.  C<your> is the friendly importing version and C<have> is
somewhat ruder, forcing our variable upon you.

I again blame Mark - he wasn't drinking when we came up with this.
