I'm not sure whether I do or not.  I'm quite happy to go for a couple of
weeks or longer without booze*, but when I start drinking, I often don't
stop until it becomes physically difficult to drink more.  Thankfully,
the same doesn't apply to smokes - I don't smoke often, and when I do,
one is sufficient.

* - and I've even been known to turn booze down.
