It should be noted that, in a piece of massively fortuitous timing,
August 1st is a Thursday, and therefore requires the holding of a
heretics' meeting.

So those who can't face that much good beer in one large hall can have
their pubmeet for August, and beer festivalage is still possible. I
for one would be well up for festivalling it up...
