A few months ago. The current owner claims "Record created on 2002-09-27", which is since I last looked. Oh well. This seems to be the same thing that's at http://www.wincvs.org/ anyway - which is fine for me, but I think I'll be recommending the Tortois package to my less CVS-aware users. Roger
