Is that not bass-ackwards? What looks most like disguised employment falling under IR35 to you: a) Somebody working in their own office, using their own equipment, and working whenever the hell they like so long as the job gets done; or b) Somebody going to a company's premises, using the company's equipment, and doing so every day, nine-to-five?
