Kindly refrain from sending bulk SMS messages this eid. They only transfer hug amounts of money to the providers. If we gave the same amount of money to a school or hospital, we could make a world of difference. The math is quite simple. Just think of all the messages that would be spent during the next 24 hours. If we collected Rs. 0.50 per message, we could build a world class hospital, or a university, in just one night. If nothing else, we could probably give a meal to every hungry individual in Pakistan tonight.
My estimates may seem exaggerated, but they're not. Simply do the math on the messages you've already sent, and then multiply that to the number of mobile phone subscribers, or even half of them.
