This was great to read...but one problem with all of us is that we need leaders, why do we need that????? Do you like people saying you do something thats against your will..NO..So be your own leader, bring the change you want to see around.. but try to show that change to the people who would get motivated in return and think that if So and So can do it, then why Can't I??? This way we can bring changes... well i am not against your thought....i just wanted to add my suggestion too...
