Brilliant point Sumair... Faisal... this is one hell of a issue we face so far and we do heard de-port and brain drain... unfortunately this issue should be address properly and taken very seriously indeed.
I also wonder what is Overseas Pakistani Anjumans doing? what are their mission statement and goal and what exactly they are looking for?? Kindly address these issue by let us know how to deal such circumtances peace!
