What I observed and my experience is that even the local's every where including UAE have pride in there own language and dont speak english though they can speak. Once they will be down financially I m sure they will speak Punjabi even. So as far as I think it is must to built solid infrastructure in country along with spreading higher education and gromming buisness all these issues will be resolve or if not resolved but will be forgotton once every body living happily average life. We should grow our economy on our own and built our country stronger. All other issues will be resolved. Regards Khurram M.
