Sabeen from Islamabad--
CDA (Capital development authority) is doing the same thing. They kill dogs by
shooting them. And they also leave poisoned food for stray cats n dogs. My
kitten was perfectly healthy-- One night it went out and in the morning was
terribly ill -- swollen body, foaming at the mouth -- within 24 hours it was
dead. I strongly protest againt this cruelty--
How can we as Muslims do this ??
