One problem was that I was on my laptop accessing through a wifi router. I think flickr wanted to talk back somehow and couldn't. I tried on my production server and it when through, flickr gave up a FROB code and went back to my site (home page), but when I hit enter in the terminal I got errors. I'm guessing there was a specific page I need to send flickr to with the FROB?
