After the work getting it to run, I ended up destroying my site messing with it(beyond repair). So I downloaded the .zip again, and now I have the same problem as Jason when I try to sign up in production. I'm using ruby 1.8.6 and having the problem. The solution above didn't work for me. I'm going to install send mail (was going to do it anyways). Hopefully that will fix this problem. Wish I had the original .zip I had downloaded before so I wouldn't be having this problem. Not sure what was changed, but I hope someone figures it out soon.
