Hi, I'm attempting to set up lovd on Ruby (1.8.6) and Rails (2.3.2) on my Windows development machine. The readme isn't too clear about the exact steps for successful Windows setup, in fact, the readme states that the instructions included are not for Windows setup (due to ferret gem issues) and instead points to this article. http://www.gamutworks.net/blog/?p=17
Looking through the history of changes, I noticed that ferret was swapped out for sphinx, so I'm not sure why running rake lovdbyless:getting_started would fail on Windows due to ferret gem issues, anyone knows? Plus the article on Windows install seems outdated because it asks to do gem install on way more gems that what's asked for in the readme, it seems like a lot of the gems / plugins are now included in lovd vendor folder. Also, are there other general compatibility issues with Rails 2.3.2?
