Linux Professional Institute Certification Program covered by VA benefit

(San Francisco, USA. - August 8, 2007) VCampus Corporation (OTCBB:
VCMP.OB), the North America Master Affiliate for the Linux Professional
Institute (LPI) certification program, announced that all US veterans and
active military can now use their Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
education benefits to cover examination fees for all LPI exams.

The VA education benefits are effective retroactively to July 1, 2006.
Veterans eligible for benefits through the Montgomery G.I. Bill (Chapter
30), the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 32), and the
Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 35) can
submit proof of their exam results and fee payment to the VA for
reimbursement of the LPI exam fees. Currently, all LPI exams except for
the 301 exam cost $150. The LPI 301 exam costs $250.00 per exam.
Eligibility applies regardless of the number of exams taken or retaken,
and includes exams taken for certification renewal and those taken in
foreign countries. The benefit is still valid even if an individual does
not pass the exam.

LPI's mission is to provide essential skills on Linux and Open Source
technologies through the global delivery of comprehensive, top quality,
vendor-independent exams and other programs. LPI is endorsed by
corporations worldwide and supported by the Open Source community.

"The VA's approval of LPI certification exams further confirms that Linux
knowledge is essential for any serious IT worker in North America. It also
validates our assertion that LPI certification and training is the best
way to obtain that knowledge,” said James Stanger, Chief Certification
Architect for VCampus and Chair of the LPI Advisory Council. “The VA takes
great pains to ensure that veterans have the right skills to make them
competitive in the workplace. The relationship VCampus has with the VA and
LPI's focus on job roles and best practices led to a speedy approval of
this education benefit."

“I want to congratulate VCampus for their work in this area,” said Jim
Lacey, LPI's President and CEO. VCampus is building a solid foundation
for LPI's success in the United States. More importantly, they're
helping thousands of veterans and active duty personnel demonstrate
their professional-level knowledge of Linux which will enable them
to pursue a successful IT career. As a veteran, I've taken personal
interest in this effort and understand the importance of providing this
opportunity to all that have served."

Veterans can visit www.gibill.va.gov for information about all VA
benefits. In 2005 alone, the VA helped pay for the education or training
of more than 336,000 veterans and active-duty personnel, 87,000 reservists
and National Guard troops and 74,000 survivors. VA education programs,
which pay eligible veterans up to $1,034 a month while they are attending
school, are a key inducement the military uses to entice recruits. More
than 500,000 veterans and eligible dependents use VA education benefits.

The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) is globally supported by the IT
industry, enterprise and professionals and within government and the
educational community. LPI's certification program is delivered
worldwide in multiple languages at over 7,000 testing locations and is
supported by an affiliate network spanning five continents. Since the
programs inception, LPI has delivered over 145,000 exams and 45,000+
LPIC certifications around the world.
