We're doing some preparation work for the town hall meetings that are
described here:

In trying to make it easy for people to join in, some of us have been
trying out the webchat client that freenode provides.
If anyone on the list has a spare minute or two to try it out, please go to:
https://webchat.freenode.net/
In the form, enter your name (with no spaces) in the Nickname field
and "#lpi-townhall", without the quotes, in the Channels field.
Feel free to just lurk, too. Some people may not be talkative in the
meeting and it would be good to know if the client will time out.
