This Area should probably be consolidated into Area 12. Tasks 1 - 5: I'd probably only *require* the unsafe shar script technique. Asking people how to install it from a source tarball is testing their software development skills much more than their security knowledge.
Task 10 - "Use the detached scan features of Nessus" - does that work now? Task 12 - "Install and configure NessusWX" - a task to be performed on Windows? Puhleeze! I remember the outcry that arose when I suggested that nslookup was useful to know since it was all you could find on Windows boxen . . . Tasks 14 on - We're drowning in detail here. The intention should be to ensure that an LPIC-3 (Security) knows how to secure a host/network and verify this, not get a job at @Stake.
