I think it is new technology that probably will get better in the next
year or so. So more distro's will start using it, so it sounds like a
good idea to include it in the test. Then the next question is: does
that mean we should drop init? IMHO, *absolutely* not. It has a very
wide installed base, and people will have to deal with it for several
years from now, even if tomorrow all distro's change to upstart. Why not
include both of them?

To answer myself, I think that we could probably wait upstart is adopted more
widely but I'd like to hear other opinions.
