Apologies if I have offended - I originally set out to bolster your argument that the CISSP CBK relates to a management-level certification which relates more to experience and judgement than technical-level tasks, but with the proviso that the SSCP is not ideal, either. As for "credential" vs "certification", you can spell it "tomatoe" and I still won't really care, but the word "certified" appears a lot in the list at https://www.isc2.org/cgi-bin/content.cgi?page=1016.
