Debian, and only debian afaik, ships cdrkit these days. Just don't let Joerg 
hear about this conversation - he is adamant that the license is OK and that 
any distro can use cdrtools just like all his other code.

Joerg maintains that cdrkit is essentially unmaintained, is feature incomplete 
and does not place nice with other packages. Investigation seems to bear him 
out, so for that reason I would suggest that LPI not examine the cdrkit fork 
and keep the objectives relevant to cdrtools.
