Hi Amedeo, Yes, there is a switch in the numbering. The main thought is that the "Web Services" arena is going through some major upheaval right now with the advent of "cloud computing". So, instead of tackling that moving target, let's tackle the one that isn't so prone to evolution over the next little while.
We could have just launched this exam as 306 but, as with exams with gaps in the numbering of the objectives, it would cause more confusion and help desk traffic than is warranted. I'll nudge our webmaster to adjust these files. Good catch ;) Regards, --matt On Mon, Sep 13, 2010 at 4:38 PM, Amedeo Salvati <amedeo.salv...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hi all, > > i'm little bit confused, because lpi-305 on every presentation > downloaded from lpi.org site has this title: "Web & Intranet" and not > "Mail and Messaging Services", know as lpi-306 exam and not lpi- 305. > So there was a numbering change between them?
