Samba 4 was still thrashing about to get released when we last updated
the LPIC-2 objectives.  I've added a note to the "Future
Considerations" to look at adding v4 and/or dropping v3 from the
objectives.  The scope would still need to be fairly limited, too.
Testing all of Samba is too much plus it's covered extensively in the
300 exam.

We used to include SWAT at the "you should know what it is" level but
dropped it a few years ago.
