I sent your message to our psycometrician and our exam development
department, and here is their response to your question;


"After some calculations, we denote that he got 77% of the items
correct.  

Please let this candidate know that LPI does not condone his company's 
requirements. 
The only valid requirement is that the test-taker passes because 
LPI does not construct exams to distinguish *among* qualified system 
administrators.  Rather, the exams are designed to
distinguish *between* qualified and non-qualified admins.  

Measurement devices like exams have intended purposes that are 
appropriate; 
using LPI's exam for an unintended purpose may not be appropriate... "
