Greetings! I am having a issue with IPHP (3.4.4) and LPRng (3.7.4) with my HP LaserJet 5 printer. It is not postscript capable, and I am trying to print a document that is postscript into PCL. When I print a postscript via IFHP the printout is shifted to the top of the page by 1/2", and shifted to the left by 1/4" so the page is off-centered and I'm missing parts of the text on the left column, and on the top. As a test, I printed a text document, the page prints fine (formatting and margins appear to be correct. It was just a one-line file I tested with) I tested a postscript document on another printer that is postscript capable (using lprng, but not running it through ifhp) and it prints okay. So I can rule out LPRng as the problem. It seems the problem is the conversion does not put the normal borders in place and I'm not sure where to start with this. I currently have the hp5 as the model of the printer. I tried lj3.gs and pcl models and there was no visible difference between the different models. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on correcting this problem? Thanks in advance for any assistance that is provided. By the way, I notice the website at www.lprng.org -- the email to join the list is wrong, it says to email @lprng.com not @lprng.org. :) Regards, Jon E.
