Javier,
In order to do this, you need to telnet to the printer and type
allow: ip.address.of.server subnet.mask.of.server
allow: list
quit
This will, in order:
Set up the restriction (the subnet mask is optional)
List what you have done
Save your changes and close the connection
Typing a ? at the prompt when you telnet to the printer will provide you
with a brief synopsis of the available options.
