Hello, I believe I had the same question a short amount of time ago with the stack errors or at least some of them, Patrick advised to tone down the postscript level. Possibly it is sending at level 3 (which our *new* win2k machines were) and the printer is onlt a postscript leve 2 or 1 printer.
Try lowering your postscript level, I did and I was quite pleased with the results.
