This is just a small 'bug fix' release. There are also
a couple of format changes to some of the ifhp.conf printer
names.

Added 'pjl_done_msg' to ifhp.conf:
## Set console message when job is done
## Set this to empty string if you do not want a ready message
## at end of job
pjl_done_msg = Done: \%s{n} \%s{J}:\%s{P}
Freeing memory already freed.

Updated some of the entries in ifhp.conf so that the titles
of the printer entries are consistent.
