I'm trying to print to a Laserjet 5N with lprng 3.8.1 + ifhp-3.5.2 + gs 7.03. I get this printed whenever I try to print postscript: Conversion failed for type: '' Using '/opt/gnu/bin/gs -dBATCH -dSAFER -dNOPAUSE -q '-sOutputFile=/opt/gnu/bin/cat >&3' 3>&1 1>&2 -sPAPERSIZE=a4 -sDEVICE=ljet4 -' Error: 'Converter exited with status 'exit status 1'' I've tried many different gs drivers - makes no difference. lpd_printcap: ##LPRNGTOOL## SOCKET filtertype=IFHP ifhp_options=status@,sync@,pagecount@,waitend@ printerdb_entry=gs_ljet2 problem :server :force_localhost@ :filter=/opt/pd/libexec/filters/ifhp :ifhp=model=gs_ljet2,status@,sync@,pagecount@,waitend@ :lprngtooloptions=FILTERTYPE="IFHP" IFHP_OPTIONS="status@,sync@,pagecount@,waitend@" :PRINTERDB_ENTRY="gs_ljet2" :mx=0 :prefix_z=300,a4 :sd=/var/spool/lpd/%P :sh :lp=10.0.0.6%9100 Any ideas what can be wrong?
