Hi,

I'm having some difficulty in trying to trace a 'fault' when using the newer version of LPRng and ifhp.

If I attach the printer (an HP 8150dn) to LPRng 3.8.5 and ifhp 3.5.3, the job never prints. The logs come back saying "done" etc, but the job just sits in the queue like it's waiting on some response from the printer.

If I attach the same printer to another queue, running LPRng 3.5.3 and ifhp (unknown version) then the job printers straight away. There is no delay between the job hitting the queue and the printer starting up.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas for testing?

Some details....
