root@Annapolis:~# netstat -an |grep 515
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:515 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

I thought that odd as well and when I do this:

root@Annapolis:~# lpc active all
Printer: lp@Annapolis
lp@Annapolis: not implemented yet

Yet I have the lp module loaded (and I've been able to print a test page
thru Apsfilter).

Thanks,
Fred

It is odd. There is no server active.
Yet, the job was accepted. When I shut my server down, the job was refused.
What do you see with:
netstat -an | grep 515 ?
