I run Linux LFS-5.0 with a Deskjet 540. I have just installed
LPRng-3.8.22, PRngTool-1.3.2 and ifhp-3.5.16. I get the above error
message when in the tool and try to text a ps file. Text prints OK.
The only thing I was missing was something to do with snmp that the
LPRng compile complained was missing so I compiled with --without-snmp.
I also have ImageMagick-5.5.7-16, a2ps-4.13b, and espgs-7.07.1. Sorry,
but I don't have a clue where to go from here. It took a day to get to
this point. (I HATE installing linux printers:-) I, of course have all
of the config files. Please let me know which ones are needed. Can
anyone point me to the next step? Thanks ahead.

Albert
