BTW, charset setup is really a mess.
Here in Taiwan, we agree with zh_TW.Big5.
I know that gtk+ normalized zh_TW.Big5 to zh_TW.big5
( maybe zh_CN.GB2312 to zh_CN.gb2312 too )
But Netscape's locale name is case sensitive ...
