I relased a new version of the runtime component (2001-05-29) which
is now put under the CVS tree in Sourceforge.
This MINIMAL (sample) implementation is a change-rooted LSB application
test environment which should work distribution independent. Postinstall
scripts should now work fine on all distrubutions (please test)
